Opportunities for Leadership, Service, & Scholarship

Pictured is the 24-25 Platteview High School National Honor Society chapter, proudly representing 27 dedicated members. The 25-26 school year has 37 members!

Participation in National Honor Society (NHS) gives students valuable experiences, such as college and career readiness programs, leadership development, and service opportunities. Students in grades 10 through 12 with a minimum GPA of 3.5 are eligible to apply. 

We select NHS members based on the principles of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. All students who wish to participate in NHS must meet academic qualifications and receive no severe disciplinary referrals.
